Based at our campus on Rogers Parade West, our Junior School is blessed with excellent learning spaces, beautiful grounds and a range of exciting outdoor areas for play and learning.
At Prince of Peace, we are committed to honouring relationships and creating a harmonious school environment. We understand that a child who is happy, has friends and feels supported is one who is willing to learn.
Our three Prep classes are set slightly away from the main school, and with their own play areas, provide space for our youngest students to make the transition into school life. The caring and talented Prep teaching team includes a full-time, early-childhood-trained teacher and a teacher’s aide for each class.
During the Prep year, foundations are laid for the development of literacy and numeracy skills, with children supported to develop these skills at a rate appropriate for each child. Learning becomes more structured as the year progresses, ensuring a smooth transition into Year 1.
At Prince of Peace we are excited to introduce our Pre-Prep Connections Program—a nurturing and connections program designed to help you and your child build meaningful connections long before their first day of Prep. We know how important it is for your little one to start their school journey with hope, confidence, and a sense of belonging. That’s why we’ve created this special program: to ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and ready to embrace the learning adventure ahead.
Through Pre-Prep Connections, we invite your family to enjoy regular, play-based activities that bring the joy of discovery and learning to life. These events are not only fun, but they also allow your child to meet new friends, explore their new environment, and begin building those all-important connections with our wonderful College community. With 15 exciting events scheduled throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to come together and share in this precious time of growth.
At Prince of Peace, we are guided by hope, courage, service, and grace, and we are here for you every step of the way as your child embarks on this exciting new chapter. Let’s walk this journey together, with hearts full of joy and anticipation for all the wonderful things to come!
