A Day at Our College

Visit our Junior Campus or our Middle & Senior Campus on any school day and you will see that the day starts with time to connect with God and each other. Devotion takes place in the classroom or pastoral care class, and students gather for worship twice a week.

Fantastic learning environment, and the teachers really support your child through their school life which helps them to become wonderful adults. — Ms K

Junior Campus

At the Junior Campus (P–6) the school day runs from 8.25am until 2.55pm (8.30am–2.45pm for Prep students). The day is broken into three sessions with two breaks: morning tea at 10.15am–10.55am and lunch from 12.30pm–1.30pm.

Throughout the week, students study in their classrooms or move around the campus for specialist lessons, including Library (P–3), Music, Health and Physical Education and Indonesian. Playground supervision is provided before school from 8.00am and after school until 3.20pm. Care outside this time is provided by our on-site Outside School Hours Care.

Middle and Senior Campus

At the Middle and Senior Campus (Y7–12), the 8.20am bell marks the start of the school day. The day incorporates six lessons, with breaks for morning tea and lunch. Students move around the campus as dictated by their timetable, which works on a ten-day rotation (rather than on a Monday–Friday basis), meaning public holidays have minimal impact on specific subjects. Bells are only used to mark the beginning and end of the day, and the end of breaks.  This allows students to develop some important life skills, and is in keeping with our our peaceful natural environment.

Sport is timetabled for all year levels, either as a lesson or as part of intra- and inter-school competitions. The 3:05pm bell marks the end of the school day with supervision provided in the pickup area until 3:25pm and in the library until 4.00pm (Monday – Thursday only).
